Content policy
Last updated 28 September 2026
Rules for press releases and sponsored placements ordered through WIRE.AD.
This policy applies to placements published on the media outlets in our network. Each placement identifies its paid status, attributes the buyer’s claims and follows the checks and correction rules below.
Every placement
- Is labelled Sponsored or Press release on the page.
- Carries rel="sponsored" on every outbound link.
- Includes the risk wording the product and the market require.
- Attributes the buyer's claims to the buyer.
- Stays live for the agreed term.
- Is corrected like editorial copy when facts change.
Issuer check
Before publication we check the company and its key claims: registration, licences, funding and partnerships. Claims we cannot confirm are cut or attributed to the company.
