Terms of service

Effective 8 October 2026

WIRE.AD is operated by Wirelab Limited, Hong Kong Business Registration No. 81338969, Unit 909, Prosperity Millennia Plaza, 663 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. These terms apply to services ordered through WIRE.AD.

Orders and approval

We provide press distribution and related services under a written proposal stating the agreed scope, channels, price and expected delivery schedule. An order becomes binding when we accept it and the customer confirms and pays as agreed. We may decline campaigns that do not pass issuer verification or our content policy. The customer approves factual information and publication drafts before distribution.

Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in US dollars and confirmed before purchase. Applicable taxes and invoicing details are shown in the order documentation. Any discount must be expressly confirmed in writing.

Delivery and placements

Publication dates and outlet availability depend on the agreed package and participating publishers. We confirm the schedule in writing. Each paid placement is labeled appropriately and follows our sponsored content policy. Placement reports identify completed deliveries. We cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic, media coverage beyond the agreed placements, or mentions in AI-generated answers.

Changes, cancellation and delays

Customers may request cancellation in writing. Before work begins, we refund amounts paid for work not started, less any nonrecoverable third-party charges disclosed and incurred for the order. After work begins, we provide an itemized account of completed work and committed nonrecoverable publisher costs and refund the remaining balance. We will not charge undisclosed cancellation penalties. If an outlet becomes unavailable, we will offer a comparable replacement for approval or refund the allocated price of the undelivered placement. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, but we will notify the customer and provide a reasonable alternative or refund for services that cannot be delivered.

Refunds and corrections

If an agreed placement is not published, we refund the price allocated to that placement. We initiate approved refunds to the original payment method where possible within 14 calendar days of confirming the amount; bank and payment-provider processing times may vary. Each order proposal identifies the allocation of package charges to placements and other services, so any partial refund can be calculated transparently. Factual corrections are available for 30 days after publication; correction requests do not guarantee changes contrary to a publisher's editorial or legal obligations.

Independent publishers

Publishers and distribution partners independently apply their editorial, technical and legal policies. We coordinate the agreed deliverables but do not control independent editorial decisions. Material changes to agreed placements require the customer's approval; an unavailable placement is handled under the refund and replacement rules above.

Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate claims, supporting evidence and rights to submitted material. We may reject misleading, unlawful or unsupported claims. Our content policy and sponsored content policy apply to all orders.

Compliance

Customers must not submit sanctioned, fraudulent, misleading or unlawful campaigns, or promote regulated financial services without necessary permissions. We may request evidence of identity, ownership, licenses and substantiation of claims. If an order cannot lawfully proceed, we will account for completed work and nonrecoverable committed costs and refund the remainder as applicable.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or anticipated publicity. Our aggregate liability arising from an order is limited to the amount the customer paid for that order, except for fraud, willful misconduct, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any limitation is subject to applicable statutory reasonableness requirements.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to the customer. The parties will first attempt to resolve a dispute in writing within 30 days. If unresolved, the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without restricting any mandatory right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

Updates

We may update these terms for future orders. The version accepted for an existing order continues to govern that order unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
